The Real Estate Market Forum – another opportunity to present the investment areas in Torun (Anders Street)

The Real Estate Market Forum is an annual event of the commercial and residential real estate sector. It attracts almost 600 decision-makers (presidents, directors and senior managers) representing, among others, the companies offering products and services for the real estate sector, general contractors, subcontractors, architects and designers, agencies, advisors, public sectors, banks and financial institutions.

Torun Regional Development Agency took part in this year edition of the event on 10 to 11 June.  The investment areas in Torun (Anders Street) were promoted  during a two-day meeting organized in Sheraton Sopot Hotel. Moreover, investment implementation options  were presented as well as the benefits of making an investment in one of 33 plots prepared for the entrepreneurs.

During the Forum there were organised conferences about commercial and residential real estate  in particular the trends, possible market development scenarios, viable solutions and challenges for the sector.

Participation of Torun Regional Development Agency in the Forum was a good opportunity. To promote its investment’s offer and economic potential of Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship among the attendees gathered at the event.
