The first plots of land sold, the next ones are waiting for Investors!

On 16 September 2019,  Torun Regional Development Agency sold 4 investment plots with an area of 2.44 ha for a total amount of over PLN 3 million by an oral tender procedure.

New Investors in those fully developed areas at  Andersa Street in Torun will start investments in accordance with the proper designation of the area, i.e. services, production, and storage.

Further tenders will be announced soon. More plots from the remaining 14 ha of investment area at Andersa Street are waiting for entrepreneurs from the SME sector.
